In a move to provide its accredited real estate professionals a head start within an ever more competitive industry, and property buyers, a safer place to search for their property, AIREP's mother company Certification Accreditation and dissemination S.L.U. has acquired TheBigMover.com property portal.


             

In the short term the plan is to maintain the “Free for all? philosophy of the portal, but special features will be introduced for the exclusive benefit of AIREP accredited estate agents. In the future it is very likely that the portal will cease to be “Free for all?, and will become "Free for all AIREP accredited estate agents".

Special features exlusive to AIREP agents will include:

  • A dedicated section within the portal’s well positioned professionals directory, where AIREP accredited professionals will be listed; complete with links through to their websites and links through to where their accreditation appears upon the AIREP website. Accredited agents will be listed in the town or village where they operate, and also where they have properties for sale.

  • Accredited agents will be shown as the featured agent for the town or village where they operate**, appearing in a prominent position within the professionals directory and within property buyers guides.

  • Accredited professionals will also receive free banner advertising, appearing in a prominent position upon pages relevent to the area where the professional is based or predominantly does business**. Below are links to examples of pages where these banners appear.
