Pricing
The price of AIREP accreditation depends upon where the applicant is based and/or does business, this is primarily because in different countries different procedures are necessary to corroborate that an applicant meets requirements.
€350 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)
Companies with 4 to 10 employees:
€650 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)
Companies with more than 10 employees:
€1000 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)
€800 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)

All levels of standard accreditation (not including indemnity insurance*)
Autonomous estate agents and small companies with up to 3 employees:€350 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)
Companies with 4 to 10 employees:
€650 annually (the first year there is also an administration fee of €50)

* Professional Indemnity insurance is a necessary part of AIREP accreditation however it is not required that this insurance be obtained through AIREP..
** In Spain the insurance that we provide has an indemnity of up to €600.000.
